I think we can all relate to this! I always feel a delicious full spine stretch during cat pose; the look? Meh. 😉
That's me when I started to practice Pilates in the year 2000. After many years of Football I was super stiff, my hamstring were blocking my flexion and my hip flexors were blocking my pelvis. a total disaster. Pilates has been a super struggle to me, very frustrating. One sentence my Master Ron Fletcher always told me, kept me challenging myself until now: "Intention is Everything". I wasn't able to do many movements, my my intention was there. Now that I'm fifty my body is definitely healthier than when I was 20.
