I started the journey back to good health about 4 years ago when I joined a gym and paid for a personal trainer. I learned so much about myself and how much easier a challenge can be when you ask for help rather than try to navigate alone. My goals not changed, but my personal life has, and that brought even more challenges. This is a record of my journey, but also a place I hope I can help others

in their journey. I am not a typical coach, and certainly haven't reach my goals yet, but I hope that you will enjoy the journey with me. Look to find information about nutrition, workouts, and BeachBody products on my page.
