Rock Steady Boxing enables people with Parkinson's Disease to fight their disease by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness to improve quality of life and self-worth. The program utilizes regular exercises, like stretching, running, and jumping rope with non-contact boxing. Rock Steady Boxing serves men and women of all ages and ability levels. Classes are tailored to your abilities but know that you will be encouraged to work hard.
