Delivering Results Consistency
When Hajung first came to Fitness Inc, she had expectation. She expected to get the results she was promised in the past. She expected to hit the goals other gyms promised her, but could never deliver. She wanted the experience she was promised, but never received.
We didn’t blink when Hajung stared us in the face and asked Fitness Inc if we could meet her expectation.
Our response was simple “ Let’s get started”
“After 6 months at this gym, I can honestly say it’s been the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. I’ve tried everything—personal training, OrangeTheory, yoga, Pilates—but nothing compares to this place.
It’s a local, family-owned gym that feels more like a community. I do 5 days a week of small group training and 4 semi-private sessions per month, and the combination has been perfect for me. The group classes change every day, which keeps things exciting and a little unpredictable—but always fun and challenging. The programming is smart, with a great mix of strength, cardio, TRX, skierg, ropes, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements.
The semi-private sessions feel almost 1-on-1 and have really helped me with form and posture. Everyone in those sessions follows their own custom plan based on their goals, which makes it even more motivating.
When I started, my goal was to do just one real push-up—now I can do over 10. I’ve also been gaining muscle to help manage my blood sugar, and I’ve seen real progress. I train five to six days a week, and when I travel, Katie always gives me personalized workouts to stay consistent.
Shane and Kate, the owners, are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Dean is also fantastic—super friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with form corrections or encouragement. They somehow remember every member’s name, which adds to the family-like vibe.
Many members have been here over a decade, and that kind of loyalty says it all. This gym is the real deal—consistent, results-driven, and full of good energy”
