If you aren't doing dead hangs, you’re missing out on some serious "hidden" gains. The benefits...Decompress: It’s like a natural adjustment for your spine. Shoulder Space: It helps create "room" in the shoulder joint (great for anyone who sits at a desk!). Active vs. Passive: You can do these "passive" (just hanging) or "active" (engaging the lats) to build different types of strength.
