Staff learning continues on a snow day. Our Director, Greg Miller, spent the day teaching the ServSafe class and certifying many of our staff. ServSafe matters because it builds strong food safety habits, it reduces the risk of illness, and it helps protect every student we serve. It also gives staff the skills they need to handle food safely every day. ServSafe is the nationally accredited course by the National Restaurant Association. Our kids deserve the best of the best.
