🌟 Born and raised in Wabash County, Steven Gidley is a proud 2008 graduate of Manchester High School and alumnus of Indiana Wesleyan University. His journey has taken him from the world of athletics, with roles at the University of Northern Colorado and ESPN... to leadership positions at IWU, where he served as Associate Athletic Director for External Relations and Director of Annual Giving.

💼 While at IWU, Steven helped launch Trusted Facility Solutions (TF Property Solutions), initially a commercial disinfecting company that has since evolved into a full-service janitorial and grounds management business. Today, Steven focuses on growing the company, bringing his passion for operations, branding, and relationship-building into the world of entrepreneurship.

🤝 Deeply committed to his community, Steven actively serves on the Grant County Rescue Mission Board, the Afena Credit Union Advisory Committee, and as a Director of the Indy Blue Crew.
