We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This vital role supports the Director of Nursing by overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance, and fostering the highest standards of resident care.

💰 $12,000 Sign-On Bonus!
🕒 Day Shift, On-Call as needed
📌 RN license in North Carolina required, BSN preferred
📌 Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in long-term/skilled nursing care
