Often when we start a weight loss journey we have a lot of questions about the right amount of food to eat and what type of meal to build! Join us this week Thursday’s at the senior center in Shelby at 5 for check in, workshop at 5:30 or Friday morning at the Clover School district YMCA@9 for check in & workshop at 9:30 as we talk about building meals & Ways to bulk up your meals!
