Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Pasta - Taylor Made Legend Edition
Ingredients:
• 1½ lbs grass-fed steak bites
• 2 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
• 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 (8 oz.) box Banza chickpea pasta
Alfredo Sauce:
• 1 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
• 1½ cups full-fat, raw heavy cream
• 1 cup grated parmesan
• Sea salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
⸻
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Boil salted water and cook Banza chickpea pasta per box instructions. Drain and rinse under warm water to reduce starchiness. Set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak:
Heat olive oil + 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add steak bites and sear for 2–3 mins per side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in cheese and whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Combine & Serve:
Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce. Plate and top with steak bites. Drizzle extra garlic butter from the pan over the top.
