Don't forget to rest. We get so worried about being productive, but you need rest also. Rest helps brain function, memory, creativity and the body.
Rest can look a lot of different ways.
Physical: Sleep, naps, stretching, or massages.
Mental: Taking short breaks to step away from mentally taxing work.
Social: Taking time to be alone and away from social obligations.
Whatever you do, be sure to rest. 💜
