Our CarePartners PACE Physical Therapist Assistant Carly works with participants like Betty every day to fulfill our mission: helping older adults maintain independence, mobility and quality of life so they can continue living safely and comfortably at home.

"I have the privilege of helping people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Being part of their journey- from pain or limitation to progress and possibility- is incredibly rewarding," Carly says. "The work we do at PACE changes lives in very real, meaningful ways. Every milestone our participants reach changes us too. Their wins lift the entire team and remind us why this work matters so much."
