As of today we will have no smokable products on our shelves. This is statewide folks and DSHS is being sued. Hopefully there will be good news in the following weeks of a TRO/ injunction. In the meantime you can still posses and BUY online, through the mail. Same as your THCA vapes, available to possess and buy online. Texas has crippled a billion dollar industry pushing alcohol and pharmaceutical. Blocking sales in state and a Ban for “Retail”sales only for all smokable. Once legal to sale now a fine to sale it. Wow, TEXAS. It’s a sad day and we hope this isn’t the END. We will offer drinks, edibles, topical creams.
Thanks to all the smokers, you guys showed up. The Flower was straight from a grow and my customers appreciated it. Nothing sprayed or dipped, no fentanyl. THCA is from the H**P plant and H**P was legalized federally. Texas gave us the whole plant unregulated. You can’t just take it back and ban all sales smokable. Well DSHS did for now! To smoke it is the most controllable way.
