Coryell Health RehabLiving is a nonprofit skilled nursing facility that provides excellent rehab before returning home and long-term care for those who need assistance due to medical conditions or memory-loss. Coryell Health has been providing innovative healthcare to Coryell County and surrounding areas since the 1940s and RehabLiving is proud to be a part of this tradition. Our rehabilitation pr

ogram features occupational, physical, and speech therapy and has a proven track record of getting people back on their feet and returning to their homes better than they left them. If our resident wants to go home, we will create a customized care plan in collaboration with their medical providers, to get them there. If they want the comfort and security of staying with us for the long-term, they have that option as well. Family members and friends take comfort that RehabLiving is located in the same building as the hospital and clinic. This convenience allows our staff members to es**rt them to and from their appointments. They remain with them to help them communicate their needs and any issues they may be having to the medical staff. We have a beautiful courtyard with a strolling path and raised flower beds that residents enjoy working in. We have many private rooms and even our semi-private rooms feature unmatched privacy with their offset design and closets, windows and cable TVs for each resident. In-room showers maximize comfort versus hall showers and exciting activity programs gives short- and long-term residents something to look forward to. Our residents had a wonderful time working in the raised garden beds today! From planting to putting in fresh soil for the tomato plants, it was the perfect day to get outside and enjoy God’s creation together.

Today at The Meadows, we celebrated the amazing mothers in our community with a special Mom’s Matinee! 💐🎬

Residents enjoyed a morning filled with movies, popcorn, sodas, candy, and delicious nachos while spending time together and making sweet memories. 🍿🥤🍬

We are so thankful for the love, wisdom, strength, and kindness our moms have shared throughout their lives. It was a joy to celebrate each of them today! ❤️

What makes us different? We’re the only rehabilitation facility in Gatesville that offers private rooms. This provides our residents with peace, quiet and privacy throughout their recovery. Each resident’s private short-term inpatient therapy room includes a bathroom, closet, cable TV and scenic window views.
