Coryell Health RehabLiving is a nonprofit skilled nursing facility that provides excellent rehab before returning home and long-term care for those who need assistance due to medical conditions or memory-loss. Coryell Health has been providing innovative healthcare to Coryell County and surrounding areas since the 1940s and RehabLiving is proud to be a part of this tradition. Our rehabilitation program features occupational, physical, and speech therapy and has a proven track record of getting people back on their feet and returning to their homes better than they left them. If our resident wants to go home, we will create a customized care plan in collaboration with their medical providers, to get them there. If they want the comfort and security of staying with us for the long-term, they have that option as well. Family members and friends take comfort that RehabLiving is located in the same building as the hospital and clinic. This convenience allows our staff members to es**rt them to and from their appointments. They remain with them to help them communicate their needs and any issues they may be having to the medical staff. We have a beautiful courtyard with a strolling path and raised flower beds that residents enjoy working in. We have many private rooms and even our semi-private rooms feature unmatched privacy with their offset design and closets, windows and cable TVs for each resident. In-room showers maximize comfort versus hall showers and exciting activity programs gives short- and long-term residents something to look forward to. 🎭💜💛💚 Laissez les bons temps rouler at The Meadows! 💚💛💜🎭

Our residents have been hard at work preparing for our upcoming Mardi Gras parade, and the creativity has been incredible! From festive decorations to colorful parade pieces, the excitement is building and the smiles say it all.

In between parade prep, residents kept the fun rolling with a little friendly competition during shuffleboard! There’s nothing better than laughter, teamwork, and a little playful rivalry to keep the good times going.

We’re so proud of the joy, engagement, and spirit our residents bring to every activity. Stay tuned… our Mardi Gras celebration is going to be one for the books! 🎉

Coryell Health's Coryell Memorial Hospital has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the top-recommended hospitals in Texas, earning a spot on Becker’s list of “The top-recommended hospitals in every state.” The distinction is based on patient experience data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Becker’s Hospital Review compiled the list using publicly reported Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) data from CMS, which measures patients’ perspectives of hospital care. Specifically, the recommended hospital star rating reflects responses to the HCAHPS question, “Would you recommend this hospital to your friends and family?”
CMS shares 10 HCAHPS star ratings based on patient survey data. To be eligible for a star rating, hospitals must have at least 100 completed HCAHPS surveys over a four-quarter period.

Residents at The Meadows enjoyed a special Jewelry Boutique where they were invited to “shop” and select three beautiful pieces of jewelry each — all generously donated with love.

From necklaces to bracelets and everything in between, it was a joy to see residents light up as they chose pieces that matched their style and personality. Moments like these remind us how something simple can bring so much happiness, confidence, and dignity. 💖

Happy Groundhog Day from The Meadows! 🦫🌱

Our residents had a whack-a-mole-tastic time today putting their reflexes to the test! This fun game had everyone laughing, cheering, and staying on their toes—no shadow required. 😄

Activities like this aren’t just fun; they help promote hand-eye coordination, focus, and friendly competition. Whether the moles popped up fast or slow, our residents were ready!

Six more weeks of winter, but today was a win! 💚
