🎉 Celebrating 12 years with Towanda Young! 🎉 Today we honor Towanda’s Arbor anniversary and her incredible journey since starting as a caregiver in 2013. Over the years, she’s made a meaningful impact in several Wellness Team roles and now shines as our Staffing Coordinator. We truly couldn’t imagine our community without her.

Towanda says she looks forward to coming to work every day, making a difference in residents’ lives through simple, meaningful acts. She shares that our Arbor Terrace Team feels like family and coming to work feels like coming home.
