INVI MindHealth Transforming mental healthcare for veterans and beyond

02/21/2026

We were honored to attend and speak at the 2026 TASA Mid Winter Conference hosted by the Tennessee Ambulance Service Association bringing together EMS leaders and professionals from across the state who are dedicated to advancing care leadership and operational excellence.

Thank you to the TASA leadership and team for welcoming INVI MindHealth to present and engage with such an exceptional group of first responders. The commitment to collaboration innovation and service across Tennessee was clear throughout the conference.

We recognize the significant challenges these men and women face every day both operationally and personally. It is an honor to explore how INVI MindHealth can support the mental health and resilience of EMS professionals serving the state of Tennessee and its counties.

Grateful for the opportunity to listen learn and contribute to this important mission.

Recording today in the high bay for the INVI app.

We are building an educational and solution focused content library designed for high performers. The goal is to help individuals better understand symptoms and challenges they may be experiencing and provide practical tools they can use.

This library will include short educational videos alongside actionable solutions that support regulation, resilience, and performance.

Today we are recording with Dr. Ben Peery who is covering clinical education and Justin Dodge from Denver SWAT who is recording content on resilience. I am also recording practical solutions including tactical breathing and other regulation techniques.

This content will live inside the INVI app and continue to expand as we add trusted voices and proven tools.

Honored to be in Houston alongside Trey Lindsey, founder of 3G Strategic Consultants.

At INVI MindHealth, our mission is to help elite teams build true mental resilience and durable mental armor. Trey and our CEO, Jonathan share a deep foundation going back to BUD/S Class 252. Out of 217 who started, only 17 originals finished. That shared standard of performance and accountability continues to guide the work we do today.

We were grateful for the opportunity to support Houston area SWAT teams with a presentation focused on strengthening the mind the same way operators train the body. We covered how to use data driven insights, community, and proven mental tools through the INVI platform to optimize individual performance, strengthen teams, and support operators not just on mission but at home and in their communities.

Thank you to Trey Lindsey and 3G Strategic Consultants for the trust and for the work you are doing to support those who protect and serve every day.

This is about being the best operator possible for yourself, your teammates, your family, and your community.

At INVI MindHealth, our mission is rooted in the belief that no one should carry the weight of invisible wounds alone. Many of our team members are veterans or come from military families, so this mission is personal.

We’re building technology that gives veterans and first responders access to real-time mental-health insights, tools, and support.
Because early detection saves lives.
Because connection saves lives.
Because your story doesn’t end with your service.

To every veteran and family member, thank you for your sacrifice, strength, and resilience.
We honor you today and every day.

This past week, we had the honor of joining the New York Women in Law Enforcement conference at the historic Marriott in Syracuse. Thank you to the incredible leaders, officers, and professionals who welcomed INVI and allowed us to share our technology and services with those who dedicate their lives to protecting others.

Our CEO, Jonathan Wilson, had the privilege of speaking to hundreds of officers in attendance — discussing the very real mental, emotional, and physiological challenges faced by first responders, and how INVI’s technology can provide proactive support for both individuals and entire agencies.

From early detection tools to peer-based accountability systems, our mission remains the same: to make the invisible visible and to help those who serve stay mission-ready — on and off duty.

We’re grateful for the conversations, the connection, and the opportunity to stand alongside the professionals who keep our communities safe.

If you were in attendance and want to learn more, DM us right here.
If you’re a first responder or agency exploring new mental-health support solutions, we’d love to have a conversation with you.

Today we honor those who run toward what others run from.

First responders bear the unseen weight of chaos. They bear the sleepless nights, the trauma that lingers long after the sirens fade, and the quiet moments where the job’s toll shows up in the body, mind, and heart.

INVI was built for them. For the men and women who never stop showing up. Our mission is to make the invisible visible by using technology to detect stress and risk early, strengthen mental resilience, and protect the ones who protect us.

To every firefighter, medic, officer, and operator, we see your sacrifice. And we’re building tools to ensure you’re not fighting alone.

If you’re a first responder or department interested in bringing INVI to your agency, send us a DM or visit our website in our bio. We’d be honored to serve you.

Soccer is the most popular sport in the world.

However, the associated risks of brain injuries can change a player’s life. Soccer players receive impacts to the brain frequently during a match. It could be from a tackle, header, or falling over. The impacts on the brain could lead to significant concussions causing TBI.

Being a good teammate isn’t just about playing hard together, it’s about lifting each other. When we support our teammates, we all rise together. Check-in with your teammates regularly to ensure that they know that in a time of crisis, you are someone they can turn to.

Let's take a trip back to 2024.

Last year, our Founder and CEO, Jonathan D. Wilson, was invited to appear on the Shawn Ryan Show.

Since then, INVI MindHealth has grown, thanks to everyone who has supported us in our mission. As we continue to grow, we keep the same mission of Making the Invisible Visible. As we continue into 2025, remember that we, as individuals, continue to grow but there will be times we can struggle. It is okay to ask for help in building mental resilience as this is a journey we should share and never do alone.

What are you doing to improve your mental performance?

We all have faced challenges in our lives. None of our challenges are uniform with someone else. The way we deal with these challenges is also not uniform. It is a personal fashion that we must endeavor to rise and continue building mental resilience.

We'd love to hear how you're building mental resilience!
