We did the “Everything but a water bottle” challenge to our Administrator, Lana, yesterday. Needless to say we all got a good laugh out of it.

Our Resident Council President, Ms. Tam, asked our Pets, Plants, and People Coordinator to put together a raffle basket fundraiser. The money will go towards activities for our Elders.

Raffle tickets are $5 a piece. The raffle will take place at the end of this month. If you would like to purchase a ticket, please see Nichole or Ms. Pat.

Thank you, Vital Caring for providing coffee for our Care partners this week. It was truly appreciated.

Our Elders enjoyed some Sunshine with ice cold Root Beer and then we colored some cat door hangers for International Cat Day.

Meet Rickey, CNA.

Rickey says he wanted to become a CNA because he loves helping our elderly community. He loves hearing all their stories, and really getting to know our Elders.

Our Elders say Rickey is compassionate , super sweet, and a hard worker. He always has a smile, and goes above and beyond for our village.

Yesterday we enjoyed some Buffalo Chicken Dip and Strawberry short cakes for Tasty Tuesday.

Today we celebrated Ms. Fiotakis’s birthday with some special helpers who served cake to our Elders.

Our Back to School event was a huge success. With the help of our partners we were able to supply 100 children with backpacks and school supplies. We appreciate our community, and everyone who donated to help make this possible!

We are excited to give back to our community. ❤️ This Friday 4-6, or until supplies are gone. We appreciate all of the donations we have received.

We’re inviting parents and guardians in the OSSD and PGSD areas to join us this Friday from 4 to 6 PM at River Chase Village in Gautier for a special back-to-school event.

We’ll be giving out free backpacks and essential school supplies to help local students start the school year feeling confident and prepared. This is more than just a giveaway—it’s a chance for our community to come together and support one another as we get ready for a new school year.

Whether your child is just starting kindergarten or heading into a grade and a new school year, we want to help set them up for success. Supplies are limited, so we encourage families to come early. We look forward to seeing you there and kicking off a wonderful school year together!
