We are updating one of our Legacy Park renderings to reflect the correct square footage of the Cardiac Ambulatory Surgery Center. Some recent draft graphics showed a higher estimate, but our approved square footage remains 10,500 sq. ft., exactly as outlined in our CON application.

Architectural renderings often adjust during design development, but the mission remains the same:

Bring high-quality cardiac care to our community through physician-led, free-market medical innovation.

Legacy Park continues to move forward even as government-owned entities work to delay or block competition. We remain committed to patient access, choice, and medical excellence here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

We are thrilled to announce that Just Love Coffee is officially coming to Legacy Park! ☕🎉 The new brick-and-mortar location will be opening at the end of 2026, right here in Gautier.

Even better—our local franchise owners aren’t making you wait that long to enjoy their coffee! Starting next month, you can grab your favorite cup from a coffee trailer at their temporary spot:

3920 Bienville Blvd - across from Walmart in Ocean Springs

We can’t wait to welcome Just Love Coffee to Legacy Park and to our community!

Big things are happening at Legacy Park!

Today we are pouring concrete for our very first building! The future home of Deaconess Home Health.

This is what the free market looks like in action: businesses investing, jobs being created, and a community growing stronger because of it. With vision, hard work, and private investment, opportunity is taking root right here in our Gautier!

We couldn’t be more excited to see Legacy Park come to life. And this is just the beginning!

We’re excited to share the latest development rendering of Legacy Park, a project designed to bring new life, activity, and opportunity to Gautier and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

With the support of the City of Gautier, we’ve submitted a request to the Gulf Coast Restoration Fund to help build several public amenities, including:

• A dog park
• A splash pad
• A playground
• Outdoor exercise equipment
• A farmer’s market pavilion
• A stage with a great lawn
• A plaza for community events
• A lighted walking trail
• And more

It’s important to note: this funding would come from BP restoration dollars—not from local taxpayers—and every dollar would go directly to these specific community features.

We’re also planning a residential neighborhood connected to Legacy Park to further enhance the area and support smart growth in our region.
