Electrical stimulation (E-stim) is a modality used in physical therapy to support recovery and reduce pain.
At our clinic, E-stim therapy helps:
• Decrease pain and inflammation
• Stimulate muscle contractions
• Improve circulation
• Accelerate healing after injury
This non-invasive treatment uses gentle electrical impulses to activate muscles and nerves, making it a valuable tool in rehabilitation programs. We use this tool either through surface patches placed on the muscles and nerves, or by attaching electrical leads to a dry needle for deeper stimulation.

If you’re working through an injury or muscle weakness, E-stim could be a key part of getting you back to full strength.

We had an amazing time at the 6A High School Regional District Tennis Tournament!🎾
It was great being out there supporting the athletes and contributing to such a competitive event. A big thank you to all the schools for the opportunity, we truly appreciate it and look forward to the next one!
