As if the universe couldn’t throw us a bigger curveball, we’re currently dealing with the ice storm *and* welcoming our baby this week! (Yes…our little man’s theme song will be ‘Ice Ice Baby’)

So, in the midst of the power outages, ice, and parenthood…we have some schedule changes for the next few days.

Our office will be closed today (3/31) and tomorrow (4/1). We will also be taking a short break to focus on this special time with family.

Kristin will be available to assist with phone calls and scheduling during the following limited hours (pending power is restored):

➡️ Wednesday, 4/2: ‼️ UPDATE - closed 4/2, power has not yet been restored ‼️

➡️ Thursday, 4/3: ‼️ UPDATE - closed 4/3, power has not yet been restored ‼️

➡️ Monday, 4/7: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

➡️ Tuesday, 4/8: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Dr. Murphy will be back on 4/9 to start seeing patients again.

Five years ago today, I officially closed on my office building and began a journey that has been nothing short of incredible. I became a chiropractor with one simple mission: to help people. The patients I’ve had the honor of working with over the years will always hold a special place in my heart.

I found school to be a natural fit for me, and I could have chosen any path, but Chiropractic was the one that truly resonated. Helping others and fostering a sense of community became my top priorities.

If you've ever stepped foot into Optimum Health Chiropractic, you know the impact we’ve had on each other. It’s been a true privilege to serve you, and I hope you feel the same way.

Thank you for entrusting me with your health these past five amazing years — I’m looking forward to many more. I love you all!
