My name is Ally, and I’m incredibly excited to introduce myself as the new Administrator at Bayside Manor!

From my very first job as a culinary aide in a nursing home, I knew that senior care was more than just a job—it was my calling. Being part of a community like this, where compassion and connection are at the heart of what we do, truly means the world to me.

I can’t wait to build strong relationships, support our amazing team, and help create a place where both residents and staff feel valued and cared for every day.
