Acclaimed photographer and author Doug Ohman will help us explore Minnesota towns and villages with his program, “Name That Town,” on Wednesday, October 8 at 1:30 pm at Bayside Manor Nursing Home.

This program is free and open to the public and is a collaboration with the Bayside Manor Nursing Home. His books can be found in the Minnesota Section at the library.

This event is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant provided by the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.

There are truly no words.

Our hearts are heavy at Bayside as we say goodbye to Mya, one of our amazing aides. She brought light, laughter, and so much love into our building every single day.

She was sassy, kind, funny, and absolutely perfect in all the ways that mattered. Always showing up in her Crocs with no socks, ready to take on the day with that unforgettable smile.

She had a way of making people feel seen, making tough days easier, and turning small moments into something special. Her presence meant more than she ever knew.

We will miss her more than words can say.
