Community Home & Health Services Community Home and Health Services, formally known as Northern Management Services; provides a wide array of services to people along life's path.

Northern Management Services was founded in 1991. This year we have decided to change our name to Community Home & Health Services. A name says a lot about a company and we felt that our name was not descriptive of who we are and what we do. Although the name has changed; the owners, operators, values and beliefs remain the same. We are dedicated to providing services to people who wish to remain

in their own home, in their own community and by their own choices. We believe that independence defines people as individuals by allowing choice and decision making. Every person deserves the right to choose their own path in life, CHHS can help provide the services each person needs by tailoring the care based on each person's individual need. With an emphasis on community involvement, safety, staff/client education and a broad spectrum of services including: home modification, medication administration, respite care, transportation, nutrition management, housekeeping, personal care and much more! Community Home & Health Services is sure to help you down whichever path your life takes you!
