We are pleased to announce that Nurse Practitioner, Melissa Noa, MSN, FNP-C, AOCNP, has joined the Centers at SIC team!

Melissa is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical experience, primarily in oncology, hematology, and biologic infusion therapy. Her background includes caring for patients across the cancer continuum—from diagnosis through treatment—with a strong emphasis on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

She is deeply committed to supporting patients and their families through complex health journeys while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality in infusion services.

We are excited to welcome Melissa to the team and look forward to her leadership in advancing this new program.

Please join us in congratulating LyAnn Streifel, CPhT on her recent promotion to Pharmacy Technician Supervisor! LyAnn has been a valued member of our team since March 2022. During this time, she has dedicated herself to ensuring our cleanroom suite and all medications compounded at our pharmacy meet the highest quality and safety standards. Due to her efforts, she was named the Designated Person in 2025.

Along with her commitment to maintaining the highest sterile compounding standards, LyAnn has an innovative mindset, and she is always looking for ways to streamline our daily pharmacy operations to enhance patient care.
