The No Call No Shows have to stop. I will be making changes to my policies. If you are a person who thinks it's funny, it's not it is my livelihood and the way I care for my family. If you no show it does not allow time for me to get someone else scheduled. I know many people believe that if you run a business you have lots of money, well that's simply not true. Imagine going into work and working all week and then your boss says I'm taking 300.00 or more out of your check this week. You wouldn't be happy in the least. Well when you NO show or cancel last minute that's exactly what happens to a small business. The business owner is then left trying to figure how else to pay the overhead. When it happens on a weekly basis eventually that business will close. Do better be better. Communication is key.

Today was my first day back in the office since the ice storm began. To say it has been a little challenging would be an understatement. I have intermittent phone and internet connection here. So if you have an appointment coming up, you need to change. Please reach out to me, but know that I may not get it right away. Making appointments and getting messages have been a bit of a problem here today. Also, please plan a different form of payment other than credit cards. Please be patient through this difficult time, and we will get through this together. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

Starting Monday I will be back to normal business hours. Happy New Year everyone. 2025 will be the 10 year Anniversary for Body Mechanix Therapeutic Massage. I'm excited to see what this year holds.
