LGPT is part of a network of 25 physical therapy clinics. LGPT provides access to more than 50 PTs and initial consults within 24 hours.

Lattimore provides access to more than 50 certified Physical Therapists. We have experience treating most conditions and injuries, and in most cases are able to schedule our patients' first appointment within one week. We offer initial consultations within 24 hours for your convenience. During your initial visit, you will be evaluated by a licensed therapist, have a custom treatment plan devised to address your determined deficits and begin treatment that same day. The most effective physical therapy requires an understanding of your condition. By spending time one on one with the you at your first session, we can better understand your needs, your pain, and your goals in order to establish an effective treatment plan. Our staff subscribe to "the Lattimore Way." By taking a "hands on" approach with patients. We really listen to learn about their injuries and goals. We provide personal, individualized care, and work hard to see our patients' succeed. At Lattimore, our Physical Therapists enjoy the work they do, and we bring a positive attitude to our patients' therapy experience. We want our patients’ therapy to be something they look forward to ‐ each and every session. If our patients tell their friends and family about their success at Lattimore, we know we’ve done our job.

When Avon quarterback 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝘆𝗲 tore his ACL last year, he faced a setback that would challenge any athlete. But with determination, hard work, and guidance from 𝗠𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗮 (𝗠𝗮𝗰) 𝗞𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮, 𝗣𝗧, 𝗗𝗣𝗧, and 𝗝𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵, 𝗣𝗧𝗔, Evan turned his recovery into a comeback story.

After a focused rehab process at our Avon clinic, Evan returned to the field stronger than ever — and is now having an 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 season as Avon’s starting QB. 💪

This week, he was named Democrat and Chronicle's“𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸” for the second time this season! 🏆
