Is highly managing birth, a physiologic process, doing women any good?
Is treating a wise laboring woman like a sick patient helping her feel more safe?
DEEP BREATH
If you’re pregnant, you can ask yourself some simple questions like:
💫”What do I feel deep down about the true care I need?”
✨”How do I allow myself to feel respected when giving birth?”
💫”What does my body need to allow it to do its thang?”
💫(and my favorite pregnancy question) “What if I claim my right to give birth as my biological destiny impels me?”
These answers will not come to us in words through thinking, but in sensations through feeling.
They’re imprinted in our biology.
There are a few ways to allow them to surface. One way, is sitting with the uncontrolled breath, giving yourself permission to stop thinking, and to feel your body through the practice of Yoga. When we commit time to giving ourselves loving attention, our awareness expands, our frequency rises, and we are able to allow and trust.
