The lists, the expectations, the emotions you haven’t quite had space to process… all the invisible weight that comes with showing up for everyone else.

On May 3rd from 11:30–1:30pm, we’re inviting you into a gentle pause: Radiance Within: A Mother’s Day Self-Care Retreat.

A space to soften, breathe, and release what you’ve been carrying. Through gentle movement and breathwork, face yoga, a letting-go ritual inspired by Ishvara Pranidhana (the practice of surrender), and a closing flower bouquet creation to take home or gift, this is your invitation to set something down.

Not everything. Just enough to feel a little lighter.

Ardha Chandrasana - Half Moon. Balance. Strength. Stillness. How do we challenge this?

1. One way is to simply stay in the pose and embrace the wobbles- notice where in your body “wakes up” to help stabilize you.
2. Another way is to create movement within the pose to challenge stability- maybe moving your leg forward and back.
3. You could also challenge your stability by placing your foot on a blanket- then your brain can go to the body parts that need to “step up to the plate”.
4. Change your gaze to the sky to see how powerful the eyes are with how stable you are in this pose.

Which would you like to choose this week? Whether this pose is in a practice within your home or maybe it will be in a class this week where you can keep these in mind. You can challenge yourself with strength, stability, and stillness within any pose that comes your way!

We’re kicking off an 8-week series exploring the 8 limbs of yoga—a practical, real-life framework for how you move, breathe, focus, and show up both on and off the mat.

Take your inversion practice to the next level in this supportive, hands-on workshop designed to build both confidence and skill. You’ll learn how to properly prepare your core and wrists, and how to engage the bandhas to create length, stability, and control in your spine.

We’ll explore the use of props to help you feel more grounded and successful as you work toward finding your balance upside down. Sarah will also offer thoughtful, hands-on assists to guide and support you in safely exploring your edge.

Whether you’re new to inversions or looking to refine your technique, this workshop will give you the tools, awareness, and confidence to grow your practice.
