Cancer can bring unexpected changes - not just to your health, but to how you feel about your body and yourself.

In this recent medical presentation, Nicolette M. Bernhardt, PsyD, ABPP-CH, Clinical Health Psychologist at Northwestern Medicine, explores the emotional impact of cancer-related changes such as hair loss, weight changes, surgeries, and scars. The session offers practical coping strategies to help ease feelings of insecurity, rebuild confidence, and feel more comfortable in your own skin during the cancer journey.

This presentation is available to watch at your convenience and may be helpful for anyone navigating these experiences - patients, caregivers, and loved ones alike.
