River’s Journey Counseling provides holistic counseling and integrative wellness services (including Energy Psychology and Reiki) to young adults and adults. Specializing in working with men and women who are feeling off-balance, stuck or unsupported--especially during life adjustments and transitions. All are welcome in the office for learning new strategies for managing personal challenges and to deepen personal growth. Learn to enjoy a healthier relationship with yourself and others. Clients receive support for managing stress and moods, increasing self-awareness, self-esteem and self-care, exploring career changes/ finding their ideal life path, coping with difficult relationships or the end of relationships, letting go of pain from the past, support during changes in military status (activation/ deployment/ separation), LGBTQ concerns; such as coming out, self-acceptance and self-affirming, and maintaining sobriety or better understanding ACOA issues and patterns.
