For those who have done the work…
but don’t yet feel it fully living in their body.

I’m creating something for that space.

A place where healing isn’t just understood,
but lived.

There are moments where nothing externally changes,
but the way you see does.

And suddenly ordinary things stop feeling ordinary.

Light on a ceiling.
A fixture on a wall.
A shape against a glow.

Not because they are trying to say something.
But because you are finally quiet enough to notice them.

This is not about meaning.
It is about perception.

And perception shifts
when the nervous system is no longer organizing around urgency.

When you are not reaching.
Not resolving.
Not trying to make something happen.

Just here.

And in that…
something subtle begins to open.

Not louder.
Not more intense.

Just clearer.

J🤍mie

I’ve been writing more about this phase; where things don’t feel intense, just clear. It’s different than what most people expect from healing.

There was a time I thought peace was something I had to earn.
Something I would reach once things were settled… clearer… easier.

But I’m starting to see-

Peace isn’t something I create.
It’s what’s here when I stop leaving the moment I’m in.

Stop fixing.
Stop reaching.
Stop trying to make life different than it is.

Just… stay.

Even in the discomfort.
Even in the unknown.
Even in the in-between.

This is the work now.
Not escaping life-

but learning how to be in it.

Most people think healing is about fixing what’s wrong with them.

It isn’t.

The work I do is about helping people become free.

Free from the stories that keep repeating in the mind.
Free from nervous system patterns that recreate the same pain.
Free from the belief that life should look different than it does.

Healing is really about building capacity;
in the mind, body, heart, and energy field;
so we can meet life as it is.

Because when we stop fighting life… something shifts.

Peace becomes possible.
Presence becomes natural.
And a different way of living opens.

🌑 New Moon Circle

The new moon is a moment of beginning again.

A pause in the sky where the light disappears so something new can emerge.

Join me Wednesday evening for a New Moon gathering; a space for reflection, intention, and reconnecting with the deeper rhythm of life.

Through meditation, conversation, and shared presence we remember that healing isn’t about controlling life…

It’s about growing the capacity in our mind, body, and heart to meet life as it is.

🌑 Wednesday 7:00–8:30 PM
1745 Kesslinger Rd

Bring a journal if you’d like.
Come as you are.

Soft mornings.

Making my son a peanut butter sandwich.
A warm cup of cacao.
Medicine when my body asks for it.
Texts from people I love.

Simple things.

But I’m noticing something lately…

I have never enjoyed life this much before.

Maybe because I finally slowed down enough
to feel the life I was creating.

The other day something unusual happened.

A fox appeared.

Then during a ceremony a client shared that he saw a fox in his journey; and that at one point I became the fox guiding him.

Later that same day, while moving the last things out of Torus, another fox image appeared in the most unexpected place.

Moments like this remind me that transitions are rarely random.

In many traditions, fox medicine represents adaptation, intuition, and the ability to move between worlds during times of change.

And right now many of us are moving through our own transitions.

Letting go of old structures.
Listening for what comes next.

Which feels fitting as we approach the New Moon; a time that invites us into the quiet space where new cycles begin.

So next week we will gather for a New Moon Community Ceremony.

A space to pause.
Reflect.
Release what is complete.
And plant intentions for what is emerging.

🤍 Heart Teaching

When the energy speeds up,
slow your response time.

There are seasons where everything accelerates.
This feels like one of them.

Conversations escalate faster.
Desire gets louder.
Irritation rises quicker than usual.
Ambition feels urgent.

That does not mean you must act.

Intensity is not instruction.
Urgency is not truth.

Fire is powerful.
But fire without containment destroys the very thing it wants to build.

The nervous system will try to convince you:
Move now.
Say it now.
Fix it now.
Win now.

But sovereignty is measured in seconds.

The pause.
The breath.
The choice not to react.

This is strength.

Move your body.
Channel the heat.
Tell the truth when your body is steady.
Not when it is burning.

You do not suppress fire.
You hold it in a regulated body.

And in that containment,
your power becomes clean.

Living in Alignment

My goal is to continue living in alignment.

What does that actually mean?

It means living from my heart.
Inviting and moving toward a life that is synergistic to me: not performative, not inherited, not fear-based; but true.

Alignment means change.
It means evolution.
Because what was once right for me is not always right for who I am becoming.

Alignment means I learn to work with my nervous system instead of against it.
It means I regulate before I react.
It means I pause long enough to feel what is contraction and what is expansion.

It means I say goodbye to people, places, and identities that are exhausted.
Not with resentment.
Not with collapse.
But with completion.

It means I do not control things to make them stay.
It means I do not grip when something is naturally leaving.
It means I stay open to what finds me and what moves me.

Alignment does not mean giving up on my dreams.
It means refining them.

It means I am not selfish.
Because I know that when I am in alignment, I have more love, more energy, more presence to give.

It may take me a minute to get there.
But I get there.

Alignment redefines success.

Success is not the building.
Not the title.
Not the certifications.

Success is the level of peace and contentment in my heart.
Success is nervous system steadiness.
Success is being able to stay open when things shift.

Leadership, for me, is no longer about what I have.

It is about my capacity to keep my heart open while protecting my inner power.
To lead from a regulated body.
To serve without abandoning myself.
To study myself deeply enough to know what feels true and what does not.

Alignment requires extreme bravery.

It requires presence.
It requires releasing control.
It requires tolerating the discomfort of transition.

From the outside, realignment can look like chaos.

But inside?

Inside, clarity is forming.

Every day I feel a little more free.

Im hosting workshop on the 28th; this is a lived workshop; coming from the heart and truth of someone who is a living embodiment of the work. For Info comment: freedom

🤍 Heart Teaching

There is a version of strength that looks impressive.

She builds.
She sustains.
She absorbs.
She keeps everything running.

But often, she is bracing.

Over-responsibility is not always power.
Sometimes it is a nervous system that learned early
that love required competence.

Mature feminine leadership feels different.

It does not rush to rescue.
It does not over-explain.
It does not over-fund what has already completed.

It listens.
It leans back without collapsing.
It allows systems to rebalance.

Letting go is not weakness.
It is precision.

You are not the infrastructure.
You are the woman who built it.

And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do
is loosen your grip
not in fear,
but in clarity.
