Living in Alignment
My goal is to continue living in alignment.
What does that actually mean?
It means living from my heart.
Inviting and moving toward a life that is synergistic to me: not performative, not inherited, not fear-based; but true.
Alignment means change.
It means evolution.
Because what was once right for me is not always right for who I am becoming.
Alignment means I learn to work with my nervous system instead of against it.
It means I regulate before I react.
It means I pause long enough to feel what is contraction and what is expansion.
It means I say goodbye to people, places, and identities that are exhausted.
Not with resentment.
Not with collapse.
But with completion.
It means I do not control things to make them stay.
It means I do not grip when something is naturally leaving.
It means I stay open to what finds me and what moves me.
Alignment does not mean giving up on my dreams.
It means refining them.
It means I am not selfish.
Because I know that when I am in alignment, I have more love, more energy, more presence to give.
It may take me a minute to get there.
But I get there.
Alignment redefines success.
Success is not the building.
Not the title.
Not the certifications.
Success is the level of peace and contentment in my heart.
Success is nervous system steadiness.
Success is being able to stay open when things shift.
Leadership, for me, is no longer about what I have.
It is about my capacity to keep my heart open while protecting my inner power.
To lead from a regulated body.
To serve without abandoning myself.
To study myself deeply enough to know what feels true and what does not.
Alignment requires extreme bravery.
It requires presence.
It requires releasing control.
It requires tolerating the discomfort of transition.
From the outside, realignment can look like chaos.
But inside?
Inside, clarity is forming.
Every day I feel a little more free.
Im hosting workshop on the 28th; this is a lived workshop; coming from the heart and truth of someone who is a living embodiment of the work. For Info comment: freedom
