FALL 2024 TAI CHI WORKSHOP!
Learn the first part of the YANG 24 form. Each week will progressively focus on a section of the form. From Part the Wild Horse's Main - Grasp the Sparrows Tail, you will learn proper footing, form, and timing. Reset your energy for the coming week!

Another Tai Chi Workshop Scheduled! Starting February 25, another 4 week course focusing on a shortened form of the Yang Style 24, begins. Another Workshop is Scheduled! If you missed the first one, we are offering another. Feb 25, March 3, 10, & 17! Learn a short form of the Yang-style 24 that will help you with balance, and relaxation. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment will be taken the first day of class. Call or text to reserve your spot!

Introducing the Tai Chi Workshop! This is a 4 week class that will meet on Sundays at 10:30 am at Vargo's Dance in Geneva.
In the 4 weeks you will learn 8 movements of the Yang Style form, simplified enough for you to take and practice at home.

This workshop is great for beginners/new to Tai Chi or intermediate levels wanting to keep the flow of Tai Chi present in their lives.

Perfect for balance and coordination and a great way to destress!
Cost is $75
