Room swap!

Just a heads up, kids play room is back in its original space (closest to weight room). +added old school game system with all the classics!
The room up front is my new make-shift meeting room in the making.☺️

This week we will be having Line Dance Tuesday evening 5:45pm, Mobility class 1pm Thursday, & zumba at 9am Saturday!

Hello Fall! 👋🍂🍁
We are going to be taking a break from our scheduled weekly yoga classes, but stay posted for event announcements when we have our next offering! As time has changed, we will also be working on adjustments to our front desk hours, as well. 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri are our listed hours and one of us will be here to help!
This week we will have line dance w/ Lynn, Mobility w/ Scott Stough, & Zumba w/ Kelley at regular times.

Also, amongst the busy-ness of the past month I didn't post the winners of October's members of the month: Landon Gaulin & Maya Alvarado! Congratulations on winning a free month on us!

The winners for this month will be announced next week.

We had a great time Tuesday night getting our Thriller moves in🧟‍♀️
We'll be working on learning the rest of the steps this evening!

Tomorrow, Tuesday October 28th at 5:45 pm, Lynn Smith Hartline will be teaching us Michael Jacksons' iconic Thriller dance!
Just in time to catch the downtown flash mob 🤪🕺
Bring a sense of humor, this will be a fun time for the whole family!
Classes are free for members and open to the public accepting donation! All proceeds go to the instructor. Beginners welcome & encouraged to join!
