Are you joining us tomorrow! Rolling class starts Wednesday, Nov 20th, 7:30-8:30pm. We then skip Nov 27th, and reconnect Dec 4th, 11th, and 18th. No experience needed, just sign up below!

Remember we are rolling in person and on Zoom.

What do you need? Comfortable, fitted clothing, and a yoga mat. If you're at home set up your mat perpendicular to the screen, and have your blocks, original therapy balls and alpha ball ready. In studio folks, you're welcome to bring your own props or use what's provided. Want to do Zoom but don't have therapy balls? Text me if you're local (Geneva, Batavia, St. Charles) and I can include personal delivery service* with purchase. Purchase and text must be before 3pm Wednesday.

In-person classes are at Zen Loft Collective located at 103 E Wilson, 2nd floor, Batavia.

A Benefit for Rob Gregory

Join us support and celebrate our friend, colleague and practitioner, Rob Gregory of Longevity Health and Fitness. Due to heart surgery, this healthy husband, father and small business owner had his doors closed for over a month. As a small business owner, when you don’t work, you don’t get paid. Please help us relieve his stress about finances while he recovers to full health. This is a human who gives so much to all he meets, through his church, community, and work. Let’s show him how important he is.

My newest meditation partner.❤️It only took 2 hour of hard play, a giant meal, “playing” with the dog, and meeting one of the other cats to get her like this! 🤣
