Sara takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, recognizing that you are the expert in your own life. She prioritizes listening, understanding your concerns, and working collaboratively to create a care plan that aligns with your goals. With a trauma-informed and eclectic style, she integrates evidence-based techniques, including CBT, CBT-I, ACT, MI, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CPT, to tailor treatment to your unique needs. Above all, she strives to help clients rediscover their worth and find hope, even in difficult moments.
