Genoa Medical Facilities is a community owned non-profit, multi-facility organization comprised of Genoa Hospital, Genoa Long Term Care and Genoa Assisted Living. Genoa Medical Facilities is an ever evolving facility providing progressive quality healthcare to Nance County and the surrounding areas. Park Street Medical Clinic and Genoa Community Hospital will not deny access to services due to inability to pay. A Sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income.

To better serve our community, we are adjusting our clinic hours based on current patient trends.

🕒 New Hours (Effective: August 1, 2025):
Monday – Thursday: Now open until 6 pm
Friday: 8 am-5 pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

While we will no longer hold Saturday morning clinic hours, please know that our providers remain on call and are available to care for patients in the hospital whenever needed.
