Our Gravette office is seeking an organized, self-motivated, friendly full-time front desk person.

Core responsibilities include:
Managing patient relations and achieving operational goals.
Motivating office team members and proactively seeking ways to improve the dental practice.
Leading by example, building a positive environment for staff and patients through a continual focus on building quality relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Treatment Planning is a must.
Build office morale
Maintain upkeep of offices and professional office appearance
Responsible for all day-to-day operations
Keep staff informed of all business matters
Handles all customer service issues
Insurance billing, pre-authorizations, payment posting and insurance eligibility verification
Appointment Book Scheduling -- Coordinating new and existing patient appointments and treatment plans
Qualifications:

Dental experience preferred, but not required
Professional demeanor
Customer service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Conflict resolution experience and skills
Proven multi-tasking ability
High school diploma or equivalent

Gentry Family Dentistry is proud to welcome graduating UAMS
resident Grayson Dillingham to the practice. Dr. Dillingham will bring his expertise and skill that he learned and practiced in his residency program to the practice.

He is a native of Houston, who attended the University of Arkansas. He attended dental school at Texas A and M college of dentistry in Dallas. After graduation, Dr. Dillingham participated in a general dentistry residency program. This program provided him with an advanced skill set that will be valuable to our practice and community. We are now accepting new patients, and are accepting most insurances. Please call 479-736-2800 to book your appointment now.
