In this podcast, we’re pulling back the curtain on private practice life, sharing what it’s really like to specialize in dyslexia, and talking all things speech therapy, school contracts, travel, and the behind-the-scenes chaos that comes with building a clinic from scratch.

Our new dinosaur collection has been a roaring success with our speech therapy kiddos—and we’re loving all the ways we can use them in sessions!

Some of our favorite therapy goals to target with these prehistoric pals:
🗣️ Language Expansion – “The green dinosaur is under the table!”
🧠 Following Directions – “Put the orange dinosaur next to the T-Rex.”

If you see Mrs. Kayleigh in the clinic, odds are she’s deep in dyslexia intervention, barefoot and surrounded by decodable readers.

You can take the girl out of Kentucky, but you can’t take the Kentucky out of the girl — especially when the shoes come off and the therapy magic begins.

Around here, we take multisensory learning very seriously… even if it means working shoeless side by side with your kid to conquer those blends and digraphs. 👣 📚

We are SO proud of our sweet client, Allisson! 🎉 She recently graduated from a lesson and is starting a new one this week—just look at how far she’s come!

When she first started, she struggled with vowels and reading small words. But now? She’s confidently reading and spelling words with consonant blends at both the beginning and end! 🌟

It’s such a joy watching her grow, and we couldn’t be more proud of her hard work and progress. 💪📚

Whether it’s deep diving into dyslexia intervention, trading therapy ideas, or hopping on a plane… we’re always on the move.
