We’re excited to share that Winyah Pharmacy and Preferred Care Pharmacy have merged and are now operating under a new name: Guardian Pharmacy of South Carolina.

We’ve also moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Charleston, S.C. It’s nearly twice the size of our previous locations combined, bringing our teams together under one roof to better serve long-term care communities across the state.

This change reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, personalized pharmacy services to residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, behavioral health, and IDD communities throughout South Carolina. Our name is new, but our mission remains the same.
