I have been wanting and failing to get to the gym for a 5am work out. As much as I want to go I just can't. 😩
But does that mean I can't get in a 5am work out?

Sometimes we get stuck on feeling/believing that we need to do things a certain way. And in doing so, we limit ourselves and come short of truly giving our goals maximum effort.

If you struggle with getting to the gym, get a home workout in. You will feel SO PROUD of yourself once done. Promise. 💋
