When you have an idea and your circle of influence includes, doers, strategists, creators, unicorns, gurus, change makers, movement makers, and you ask for help, they jump in with no questions asked…a collaboration is born.

And then you have a rare opportunity to be involved in a foundation that is a su***de-awareness heart-centered movement with this collaboration. And then…you’re defining this foundation in a theme song…PRICELESS!

Did you know that today is World Mental Health Day and that you wear green? Why? Green is associated with new life, growth, and fresh beginnings. The color symbolizes hope, optimism, and vitality, offering a positive and reassuring symbol for mental well-being. When you listen to Joey’s song, you will hear these words used as well.

Su***de continues to be the leading cause of death in our nation since 1975. Unlike other causes of death that have been declining, su***de has been increasing for the past ten years.

The founders of the Joseph Patrick Fabber Memorial Foundation created this heart-centered movement, born out of their own grief losing their son/brother to su***de. This family’s goal is to prevent su***de and stop bullying. Their mission is to Change the World…Save a Life; all done with no salaries paid to staff. A true heart-centered non-profit working tirelessly to secure a drug and bully free society while preventing su***de and preserving life.

On this World Mental Health Day, let's remember that life isn’t always a day at the beach, so we need to practice and remember these things:

You are not alone in your feelings…
Feelings ebb and flow…
Things can get better…
Ask for help when you need it…
Your work is not your worth…
Take a day away from the busy work…Set boundaries…
Be kind to yourself…

I mentioned the collaboration, the theme song, and so what’s next??? Well, The Powerhouse Seven (the collaboration) is planning an epic event, of course with Joey’s song, that you will not want to miss. We will make an announcement over the next few months, and for those first 25 registrants, they will receive an amazing super-duper surprise! Because when we walk, run or roll together -- no one walks alone !

This month, we're focusing on the healing power of equine therapy and raising funds through the Horses for Mental Health Seen through Horses campaign.

Every day we see how horses help heal people, and we want you to meet Doc 🐴

Doc is the heart of our herd and our resident social butterfly (with hooves). He’s always the first to welcome new visitors and the last to say goodbye. He absolutely lives for a good grooming session, just don’t forget his apple when you’re done!
