With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef David Hill brings passion, creativity, and deep-rooted expertise to every plate he creates. A proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Hill has led kitchens across Texas, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Sacramento—earning a reputation for his bold flavors and commitment to farm-to-fork cooking.
He’s been an Executive Chef, Regional Director, Product Development Chef, and even a restaurant owner—founding The Chef’s Table, a Sacramento favorite known for its earthy regional American cuisine with a southern twist.
From developing prepared foods at H-E-B to leading culinary teams for Compass Group and Watermark Retirement Communities, Chef Hill continues to blend classical European techniques with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create food that is as fun as it is flavorful. 👏
