Did you know what truly sets Grand Living’s culinary program apart? As Chef Michael shared, "A lot of the recipes have some more 'unfamiliar' ingredients used in familiar ways. Farro, as an example, is used in soups, as a side pilaf, and as main entree. This is meant for health benefits and in continued culinary exploration." It's all part of our commitment to a 90% scratch, recipe-based program that offers both gourmet quality and a chance for our residents to discover new flavors!
