Happy global running day 2025! 🌎
We have loved sharing our team’s “what does running mean to me” and the fuel to why we run.
Last, but certainly not least, Doctor Cody shares his why below —
“Running has so many purposes for me in my life. It is a stress reliever, a way to stay healthy, a way to spend time with friends, and a way to challenge myself. Once I hung up my soccer boots, I felt a slight void and a desire to compete. Running is able to fill that void and while I am not really competing to be the absolute best runner at every race, I am competing with myself every time I toe the start line. I feel running helps me to build mental toughness and drive to keep moving forward no matter the hardship. That’s what running means to me!“
