So, so excited and deeply grateful to be hosting a staff wellness retreat for Fresh Start Frankfort at Harmony Farm, LLC 💛

Fresh Start Frankfort provides safe, sober, and supportive transitional housing for single adult women and families in Frankfort, KY. Their trauma-informed, wraparound approach helps women and families heal and rebuild with dignity, strength, and hope.

This retreat is all about giving back to the incredible team doing that life-changing work. Because those who care for others deserve to be cared for, too.

We’ll spend the day reconnecting with what nourishes us—body, mind, and spirit.
✨ Retreat offerings include:
• Gentle yoga + mindfulness practices
• Equine therapy activities
• Sound bath + restorative rest
• Team-building + real conversations around self-care and the barriers that get in the way - especially when serving communities in crisis

☀️ Yoga is on this Saturday, July 5th at Harmony Farm, LLC 🧘‍♀️🌿

Join us from 10–11 a.m. for a beginner-friendly, grounding flow out in the fresh air—surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the beauty of the farm. This is your chance to slow down, stretch it out, and reconnect with your breath (and maybe pet a goat after class 🐐💛).

✨ All are welcome. No experience needed. Mats available if you don’t have one.
