In December of 2013, Krislynn Aris, the owner and creator of A to Z Fit Foods, decided it was MUST to make a lifestyle change after reaching a weight gain total of 210LBS. After many setbacks and situations, she took control of her life to become part of the healthy, non-obese Corpus Christi population. At the time she began her journey, Corpus Christi was considered one of the FATTEST cities in the US. At 210 lbs., this mother of 4 took life to a new level and has become unstoppable. Krislynn, now 82 lbs. lighter and more fit than she has ever been, has decided to share her experience, knowledge and passion with others to begin or continue their fitness journey and reach their full potential.

Most people have a workout regimen of 5 times per week, 45 minutes per session or something similar but never receive the results they strive for. Ask yourself, “What does your diet consist of?” Food is fuel! Krislynn, in 2013, realized that eating processed foods before or after her workout was counterproductive to her goal. Her passion for cooking was already instilled but she spent her time learning how to combine and prepare the healthiest foods for maximum fuel consumption.

Other than the heart and soul of the company, every meal consists of specific portions and quality product. All of the proteins utilized in our meals are the leanest cuts and all greens/vegetables are organic and prepared from raw form. (I refuse to use frozen veggies!) Most people are afraid of the word “carb” but don’t realize that the proper diet consists of “good” carbs for maximum weight loss (if that is your goal) “Good” carbs are the first source of energy for our body. Without carbs, protein from our muscles will be used as an alternative for fuel and will basically cause our body to eat our muscles! With that being said, each meal plan is designed with you and your specifications in mind considering the assessment given at the beginning of the process.
