Traditional methods would have patient be awake while deep brain stimulator, electrodes placed in the brain. New system provides more precise guidance, shorter surgeries.

We at TXMDS are bursting with pride for our very own Meredith Hatcher, PA who attended the ATMRD conference this past weekend in Washington, DC. Meredith spoke to this group of advanced practice practitioners about pain management & neuropathy in movement disorders. She also participated in a panel discussion about burnout and resilience with patients and providers. Way to go, Meredith!!
