A lot has changed in the real estate industry since I was initially licensed in 1979, especially in technology and disclosure requirements and I have kept pace with these and other changes by extending and refining my knowledge base in real estate by acquiring my Brokers license as well as my Accredited Buyer's Representation, Graduate Realtor Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Short Sale & Foreclosure designations. Perhaps, the most significant accomplishment was obtaining my "Certified Residential Specialist" designation, which is awarded to a minority of agents Nationwide.

However, one thing that has not changed is my value system, my work ethic and my commitment to excellence.
