If “at ease” and “unbothered” are your goal:
• Walk everywhere.
• Drink water like it’s your best personality trait.
• Never apologize for resting.
• Eat real meals instead of random snacks all day and not infront of a screen.
• Go outside daily, treat it like the medicine it is.
• Stop eating when your full… not when the bag is empty. This one is hard for me!
• Treat sleep like a non-negotiable appointment.
• Don’t rush your mornings.
• Assume things will work out.
• Laugh easily and often.
• Keep your home simple and calm.
• Breathe before you react.
• Move your body every day.
• Protect your peace by removing toxic people, activities, and habits.
• Deeply know that consistency beats intensity.
