The Sacred Intuition Studio The Sacred Intuition Studio is my own creation. The studio was born of the idea that psychotherapy can be more than dry, cold, and clinical. We all deserve that!

I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in private practice as a metaphysical psychotherapist providing integrative therapy and sound healing to help you live more mindfully and more authentically. It can involve more than "talk therapy." There are other ways of knowing and healing that come from our connections with each other and with ourselves and with our environment. I believe that we

are each sacred beings. Sacred refers to something that is to be regarded with great respect or reverence. Intuition is a sacred gift that lives within all of us. It's the ability to know that something is true or meaningful without physical proof or learned knowledge. It's your "gut feeling." Over the course of time and events of life we gradually stop relying on our own intuition. It takes practice to listen to, grow, and trust ourselves, our intuition. The Sacred Intuition Studio is a place where you can reconnect with yourself and learn to trust yourself again.

It's evidence that, somewhere along the way, you got those ideas & feelings CONDITIONED into you.

If “at ease” and “unbothered” are your goal:
• Walk everywhere.
• Drink water like it’s your best personality trait.
• Never apologize for resting.
• Eat real meals instead of random snacks all day and not infront of a screen.
• Go outside daily, treat it like the medicine it is.
• Stop eating when your full… not when the bag is empty. This one is hard for me!
• Treat sleep like a non-negotiable appointment.
• Don’t rush your mornings.
• Assume things will work out.
• Laugh easily and often.
• Keep your home simple and calm.
• Breathe before you react.
• Move your body every day.
• Protect your peace by removing toxic people, activities, and habits.
• Deeply know that consistency beats intensity.

Stop saving the new dress, the new earrings, the new bedding for special occasions. You are the special occasion.
