✨ Tuesday Transformation ✨

Sometimes the smallest lifestyle changes can make the biggest difference. We’re so thankful Sue allowed us to share her story and journey toward feeling healthier, more energized, and more in control of her well-being. ❤️

“I didn’t even realize I wasn’t feeling well. I’ve always been very energetic and thought I knew my body and what I could eat to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Earlier in the year, I started having chest pain on my right side that radiated into my back and right shoulder blade. I had gone to my primary care doctor and got a referral for physical therapy, but the appointment wasn’t for another three weeks… finally.

Thankfully, I talked to my friend Jennifer, and she told me about Dr. Stacey Palmer. I saw her and her team before I went to physical therapy… thank goodness! The first thing they recommended was coming off dairy and adding more fiber to my diet. I’m not even kidding you, in a matter of days… 4 days to be exact… my whole body changed. I could literally feel my body changing from the inside out!

My pain was gone!!!

I had no idea dairy products could cause so much inflammation within your body. Just having cream in my coffee in the mornings and yogurt at night for a snack, I honestly didn’t think I ate that much dairy.

With the priceless help, guidance, and suggestions I’ve learned from Jennifer and meeting with her weekly, this has grown into amazing new and simple lifestyle changes I’ve learned to incorporate daily. These folks and their plan have become my “family away from family”! I know without a doubt they have my best interests in mind.

What a game changer and blessing they have been for me. It’s probably one of the easiest things I’ve ever done for myself, and it’s been almost unbelievable how much better I feel.

The changes have made a huge difference in how I feel each day. I have more energy, feel healthier, have no brain fog, and feel more in control of my well-being.

As well as the dietary changes, we decided to incorporate a microdose of a GLP-1. Yes, I was a little leery about it at first, but again, just like the dairy and fiber changes, I immediately felt such clarity and absolutely no brain fog or side effects at all.

Stacey and her team go above and beyond with their guidance, suggestions, and healthcare support for me. It’s made such a difference, and it’s been a very positive experience for me. Such a super encouraging experience!!!”

Tahini!

This creamy sesame seed spread is one of my favorite ways to add flavor and nutrition to meals. I love this squeeze bottle because it makes healthy eating EASY.
