It’s been a busy and joyful week!

Residents spent time crafting beautiful Mother’s Day baskets, putting their creativity to work and preparing thoughtful gifts. We also had the honor of celebrating a very special milestone, Gert’s 90th Birthday. A wonderful celebration filled with smiles, laughter, and well wishes for an incredible 90 years.

In Quarter 1, our short-term rehabilitation stays at Complete Care Germantown exceeded the expected Discharge Function Score. With the national average at 59.92 percent, we are extremely proud of our team for achieving 80.40 percent.

These results highlight the hard work of our therapy and clinical teams, who are focused every day on helping residents rebuild strength and function. Their dedication ensures that the people we serve are leaving stronger and better prepared for the next step in their recovery.
