In celebration of Long-Term Care Administrators Week, we would like to take a moment to recognize Michael, our administrator at Complete Care at Germantown.

Michael’s leadership is at the heart of everything we do. His journey in long-term care began in 1978 as a dietary aide and has grown into nearly five decades of dedication to the field, including becoming an administrator in 2004. His experience at every level of care gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to support residents, families, and staff alike.

Michael ensures that residents feel supported, families feel confident, and staff are empowered to provide the highest quality care every day. His dedication, guidance, and passion make a real difference in the lives of everyone in our community.
